These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Beat Buster mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Stranweb ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account, and activate it using the code we send you.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Never share verification or activation codes with anyone.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation or otherwise gain unfair advantage in matches.
- Do not harass other players or use offensive usernames or content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
3. Virtual items
Avatars, titles, chests and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, are not transferable and may be modified or discontinued as part of the game's development.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The Service is in active development and features may change, be interrupted or discontinued.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stranweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
